Sa Terra Rotja is situated centrally on the Son Bunyola Estate, with amazing sea view.

The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away, with variety of restaurants and tapas bars. 

Palma is about 25 km away.

The 680 acre Son Bunyola Estate is situated in the northwest of the island, with access to a small pebble beach and includes three private villas: Sa Punta de S’Aguila, Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret.
