This 150-hectares estate has its origins in the 16th century. It is about 20 minutes from Manacor and also 20 minutes from the sea. Nowadays the property consists of a main house, a large barn used as a garage and storage area, several stables and a garage.

There is a lot to discover: a viewing point positioned on top of a water deposit, an unforgettable location for parties and celebrations. The estate includes the mountain behind the finca named Calicant and a talaiot.

From the approximately 70 m2 infinity pool, the view sweeps into the bay of Alcudia. You find as well a terraced water feature and a covered terrace for about 20 people with summer kitchen and bar. The special thing about this terrace is a table with a top made of a single natural stone. A children's playground is just next to it.

The entire finca is equipped with a sound system.

To make this property the ideal place there are 3800 carob and almond trees as well as olive trees and 250 sheep.

The main house

Ground floor: The representative entrance hall is flooded with natural light. The natural stone walls and exposed wooden beams give a traditional character. A floor-to-ceiling window opens the view to the magnificent landscape. Here is also a spacious traditional style kitchen with natural stone countertop and a dining area, from which one also enjoys the unique view. A wide curved staircase leads up to the first floor.

From the outside one enters a barbecue area. The original character has been maintained. Bread oven, natural stone sink, fireplace and wine cellar with vaulted ceilings make the life in the countryside perfect. Even here you can enjoy the spectacular view over Mallorca to the sea.

First floor: Here you find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi. There are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them ensuite. The fourth bedroom has ensuite bathrooms and a private fireplace.

There is a staff apartment with a separate entrance, in which currently the housekeepers live. It consists of living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
